It's Freeze Tag with a Twist ! Someone is "it". That person must tag the others, freezing them. In order to unfreeze someone, another player must tickle them for 15 seconds. Once someone is caught 3 times, they get tickled by whomever is "it" for one minute before becoming "it" themselves.
