I think that this game is possible to play with only 2 people, but it is better to have more present. We played it in a bigger groups. For the beginning, one person has to volunteer her/him self, and if there`s no volunteeres, that one would be choosen by "eeny, meeny, minee moe" or another similar way. Then, "the patient" has to lie down on the large table, infront all others, on the back, and with both arms aligned with the body, while all other are standing around the table. On the command, all "the doctors" around are starting to tickle "the patient". She/he has to try to not move for a part of time (We played it, while one song from the record is playing, recording time), of course, it is permited to jerk, twitch, scream and so, but not to get into a different position in general And she/he could laugh or even scream as she /he wants, it was also O.K. (And of course, not a non-stop tickling, than in a rounds, about 15-30 seconds each and than a little breathing.)

If she/he endured that in the obliged time, without capital moving, she/he could pick any one of the ticklers to be the next on the table, and that one would be the next "patient". But if that player on the table make some capital moving of the body, he/she stays on the table, and all the others could tickle her/him as much as they want. The only way to escape, is another player shows mercy, and volunteere to become "the patient", or if a spectators wants to join the game, than she/he must be the next "patient".And this could be dramatic also, because the only way to save someone is to put oneself in the position of being tickled. This game was also used as the penalty in some other games, such as card games.
